FOR WEEKLY ABSTRACT LESSONS:
PAPER. We will aim to work on multiple sheets of paper at the same time. Please bring a pad of watercolour paper you don't mind taking apart OR have a pad and a watercolour sketchbook.
You can use cotton or cellulose. Look for thick pages and large format.
If you need to buy paper, I recommend this pad and this sketchbook.
BRUSH. Soft watercolour brush.
PAINT. Please bring any watercolours you already have. If you don't yet own any paint, I recommend this starter set.
OTHER MATERIALS:
- White pen
- Black waterproof pen
- Paper towels for cleaning
- Washi or masking tape
OPTIONAL EXTRAS: You don't need to buy any extras, but please bring them along if you have them:
- metallic watercolours, especially gold or silver
- markers or felt tip pens
- crayons
- coloured pencils.
