FULLY BOOKED - THANK YOU
Sculpting with Colour is a practical guide to painting objects that look three-dimensional.
We will use colour theory as well as observing light to visually shape and sculpt familiar objects. You will learn to shade a sphere and a piece of fruit, and will create a pastel painting to take home.
We will use soft pastels on the day, but these painting techniques will be useful for any medium.
This lesson is for anyone who wishes to make their artwork more realistic. This will also help creatives who like to paint from photos (as cameras tend to flatten images).
Do I have to be good at painting?
No, but some basic understanding of painting will be helpful.
Do I need to bring the right art supplies?
Please bring an eraser. You can bring a pen and some paper if you wish to take notes. All art materials will be provided.
